I already replied what you should do.

 

The 6.0.3 Release notes for example mention the MXP990 as compatible with Software 9.0.2

 

Another member has also advised you to upgrade your software.

 

If you still require support please contact your Polycom reseller so they can raise a ticket with Polycom Support.
