Hii..

 

I am using RMX - 4000 , from last few days I am facing the issue regarding IVR services. Whenevr try to place a call on bridge then call able to active but the IVR is missing.. IVR services not looked eihter audible.

 

So please any one suggest to me rgarding this issue through this I can able to continue the IVR services again during initiate the call. I hv already check to all the primary level settings.

Hello Anshuman,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

  • Have you yet checked the logs or if any alarms are being displayed?
  • Did you try and restart the RMX?

I suggest you download the logs from the RMX when the issue occured (ensure you chose the right time!) and then contact your Polycom reseller for a root cause analysis.
