Hello all,
I've just bought a Poly Studio X30 and after updating to the latest firmware, I'm not able to change the provider anymore.
Every time I change the provider, it keeps loading and comes back with the "empty" provider.
Any help?

This thread can be closed. I've performed the Factory Reset and the device is working fine again.

Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
To try and help with your actual issue, do you have a Monitor connected to the Unit?
