Hi all,
i am trying to install a new rmx 4000,
I am accessing my new rmx4000 from web then due to Add On which comes on my status bar and it doesn't allow me to install the rmx manager and it says click on allwo then it will nothing happen.

welcome back to the Polycom Community.
This is usually a security setting on your Internet Explorer. Please try to use compatibility mode and allow the installation.
In addition you can always download the RMX manager from the RMX support page => here <=

Hello Steffen,
Thanks for your replying.
I have followed your instruction it was good.
Then I have typed the RMX manager IP on the web access and then there was some instruction and troubleshooting and i have followed that and then that was the best troubleshooting for solving this problem.
