This is my New RMX 4000, RMX Version is 8.6.3.6
I can install it on Windows 7 and working normal but I am not able to install it on windows 8, So please see the attach number 1
Then I am clicking on Download and install this feature then please see the attache number 2 (Note: also if click on Skip this installation then that is skipping)
Although I have full access to the internet but again I see this errors and this prevent me from installing the RMX manager to my computer (Windows8).

Hello ali4yaqubi,
welcome back to the Polycom Community.
The errors you are seeing:
are both caused by the Operating system so checking via a Microsoft community may bring you more success.
The RMX has been tested against Windows 8 using IE9 and IE10 so it should be compatible.
You may want to consult page 77 and onwards for more details within the RMX 8.3.6 Release notes => here <=

Here's what worked for me:
Go into RegEdit and set the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU folder. DoubleClick on UseWUServer(UseWindowsUpdateServer) and change the value to 0. If the value is already 0 this fix may not work for you. You may need to restart afterwards.
Allowed me to install .net 3.5 Framework like a charm.
