Root password for DMA 7000

I urgentley require a root paasword for a DMA 7000 to reboot it remoteley.

my admin password is reset and now i am not able to login into DMA 7000 ... i need root password ,,,, plzz help me

I have already replied to your other post.

If you require urgent support you will need to report this to Polycom support via your Polycom reseller.

The purpose of these forums is to allow community members collaborate and help each other. Questions posted here do not follow Polycom’s SLA guidelines. If you require assistance from Polycom technical support, please open a web service request or call us.

You could try the community search with the word password as shown => here <= but I am quite sure that we do not publicly advise these passwords.
