Hi All,
We have DMA in our video infra and our some of user systems only support SIP standard,
we was tried to register all of them over SIP on DMA but no luck,system staus shows SIP unregistered.
have anyone experienced this ever??can any one help me over this??

Hello Yashpal,
did you not already ask for something similar => here <= ? If yes then there is no need to open an additional post.
I had seen you had already replied in similar post's.
The DMA offers the functionality of running a wireshark trace so you can simply see why your registration is failing if you cannot do this from your SIP server end.
Please ensure you follow up on your post's and provide an update on the status.

no this is different querry to past post on polycom community,earlier querry regarding with third party vender SIP server.
this querry is regarding with polycom make SIP server(DMA),as DMA itself a sip server,however we are not able to register SIP standard EP with DMA

as reminded in the past there is no need to post follow ups in order to get your own post to appear with an update.
You have already provided us with this information and I already replied with the following advise:
The DMA offers the functionality of running a wireshark trace so you can simply see why your registration is failing if you cannot do this from your SIP server end.
You have been reminded in the past to follow the correct escalation path.
