Whenever I click on the file tab in Word or Powerpoint 2016 (doesn't happen for Excel) the programme crashes.
The tech support at Microsoft are unable to resolve so I'm wondering if it is a HP conflict with Office or Windows 10. Has anyone else experienced this and found out how to resolve the problem?
