I want to bring attention of higher Management of HP. I had purchased the Pavilion x360 laptop from Amazon. I was looking to extend my warranty along with Accidental Damage Protection. I visited https://store.hp.com/in-en/default/carepackfinder/ link to upgrade my warranty with 3 year warranty option with ADP. But Upgrade now button provided on the link is not working. So I called customer support at: [Content Removed]. Rather than providing HP solution, customer care provided me mobile number, which is of ARM Infoserve (I) Pvt. Ltd.. This vendor provided me quotation. I had a suspicion about the quotation and company name, this is obvious suspicion because hp online store has lot of care packs and why would customer support redirect the sales to another company. I am not sure if this is some kind of fraud going on within the sales team.
Only issue with https://store.hp.com/in-en/default/carepack/laptop-care-pack.html is, i am not sure, which care pack is applicable for my laptop.
