I ordered a PC about a month ago, it was supposed to have arrived last week. I'm going out of town over the hollidays to see family, and needed the HP Envy laptop it by then. I called to figure out why it wasn't here (after a 1 hour hold time) and they said, "I'm so sorry, there is nothing we can do here". I later got an email stating that HP has decided they would do me the favor of delaying the shipment for 3 WEEKS through fedex. I didn't ask for that to happen, HP just took it upon themselves to deliver it a month late. What is so wrong with HP that they didn't think to ask if I wanted that? I'm returning it as soon as I get it, and never dealing with HP again. I can't believe how absurd and insane these people are, to just take it upon themselves to do this. I need this made right. I look forward to never dealing with HP again.
