Hi,

 

I'm having a lot of problems with my audio on my ENVY 15

I'm now having the laptop almost 1year, and I've never knew if it ever worked correctly

 

The problem is when I connect my earphones with the aux input and then wanne play music,

the music starts playing through my earphones and also throught the boxes of my pc.

 

Also when I connect it to my pc on the aux input it doesn't gets a pop message to tell me I connect something to my pc.

I've already had contact with Support team but they couldn't tell me what was wrong with it.

 

Today I reinstalled all the drivers of the IDT High-Definition-audiodriver. I let my pc check with the site which drivers are compatibale with my pc. But after downloading it and reinstalling it, it didn't chang anything at all.

 

Is there someone who has an idea what I still can try?
Otherwise I will need to send my pc to HP
