Savi 8245 Office

Headset was working Friday, came in Monday and its no longer working. Base has a solid red subscription light. Attempted all methods of pairing the headset back to the base (automatic, manuel and manual over the air) none of which worked. Pressing the subscription button the base does nothing. Light stays a solid red.
