Good to know.  Does your webaccess feature work now as well?

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.

I am not sure about the web access, but the Diagnostic menus are back.

 

The hard drive came from a third party seller($65), not an HP authorized reseller($420).  Because of this, our VP was afraid to hook the printer back up to the hotels network.  We are waiting for the I.T. guys to scan the drive for any possible viruses. I personally do not expect any problems, but the VP wanted the IT department to bless off on it,(and own it) before it goes back live on the network. Better safe then sorry.

 

The printer came back up with the static IP address, that was originally given to it years ago, from the IT department.

Because of this, I was not able to network to the printer from the shops laptop, as they are on totally different sub domains.  We will just have to wait for IT, then maybe we can check that.
