the carriage Moving Freely

Done Steps: Cleaned Tube Rail, Belt, Encoder Trip, Rod, Starwheel, Cutter Rail i have also change the Scan Axis Motor but Same error

I see a service document on the partner support page that states a certain range of serial numbers may have this error and the cause if a bad main PCA. There is a range of serial numbers that are affected, you will need to contact HP technical support to see if your serial number is affected   by this.
