Hello all,
Having problems trying to plot a specific PDF drawing D-size (saved from SolidWorks) on our T120 plotter. It plots fine in A, B and C sizes, but when I try D, it just hangs, then times out with an error. I've tried updating the drivers, running HP's diagnostic utility, running Microsoft's utility, etc... but nothing seems to work. I have plotted many other drawings in the past in D-size with no issues (tried one just now with a different PDF drawing, and it worked fine). Looking for ideas...
In case it matters:
* Printing wirelessly
* PDF file size is 1.30 MB (spools up quickly to 13.4MB/15.7MB then hangs)
Thanx, Jeff

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for your reply. Maybe you are not understand my message. You just first update the firmware from the below link: Driver and Firmware through EWS, and follow instruction.
Latest Firmware Info: Version - AXP2CN1623AR; Date - 1 Aug 2016; File Size - 24.7Mb
Please share your firmware version info. which is now in your printer.
Goto printer printer settings and print on internal printer usage information page their you can find the firmware information or you can find also through printer EWS.
Firmware can't possible to un-installed process.

Thanx Rashed. I uninstalled/reinstalled the printer this morning; no luck. I just tried to plot the file again. It spools right up quickly to 15.6/17.0, then stalls. Eventually, it throws a print error, and the job hangs in purgatory until I stop the print server, and delete the job from the print spooler folder (can't just cancel/delete it from the printer dialog sindow). Open to any ideas... Thanx again, Jeff

WINNER !!! Rashed, you're my new hero!
I downloaded the latest firmware, and installed it on the printer. The existing firmware had the same name, AXP2CN1623AR, but might have had an older date (not listed in the status report). Anyways, it worked, and now I can get the drawing shipped off to our customer.
Thank you VERY much for your time, and have a great day!
Jeff
