SUCCESS! 110 didn't work but 111 did.
It brought me to the "Network" page in the printer. Should it bring up other pages like "supplies" and "Useage"?
I can post up a pic in a little while.
Thanks again David.

This is the only screen that shows up when I access the Web Access feature. Printer is NOT at a Ready state due to broken belt. Looking for the screens that allow you to Submit a Job, check Useage, etc. Just wondering if this is the way it should be, since the printer is in an error state.
Clicking on Configuration Page and other link only gives Networking info.

I open up a new tab in the browser, type in the 10.0.0.109 in the space at the top of the tab, hit enter and it takes me to the network page on the printer. Hitting browser back button just takes me back to the original tab I started on.

Replaced the belt today and brought the printer to Ready status. It now reads all the info on the Webaccess page on the laptop. It's working as expected. It shows several event codes relating to firmware so I'll have to see what the latest version is. Several error codes related to the belt as it was shredding itself to pieces. Wrapped around the motor shaft and packed into the drive spindle on the motor. I'm sure the error codes came from the spindle being packed with chunks, changing the diameter and throwing off the encoder reading.
Printheads are dried out because when the belt broke, the owners didn't park it with the printheads covered; just left it in the middle of the platen. (Not suprising since the carriage was almost impossible to move with all the threads wrapped so tightly around the motor shaft.) Hopefully I can bring them back with some hot water and coffee filter cleaning.
Thanks again David. Much appreciated your time and input.

So didn't have any luck bringing back the printheads. Had to replace all 8. Got 4 of them in the mail today and put them in and tried printing a test page and had great success. The other four will be here next week, then I'll do the color calibration and align the printheads.
This thing is an amazing printer. Dual rolls, front loading, roll switching works everytime and it prints beautiful line drawings. Anxious to try some pictures on photo paper.
I should sell this printer but I kinda' hate to see it go.
