I have a T930 that is getting a 39.12:01 error when using the stacker. Page gets into the stacker assembly 1/2 way up and then stops printing cuts paper and then unloads giving a 39.12:01 error. Happens with internal pages as well. If I send it to the basket assembly it will print all day 1, 15 , 20 page documents no issues. Once you redirect it to the stacker it will not even print one page. I have cleaned the encoder, changed out the line sensor. Upgraded to latest firmware ran all calibrations. Even replaced the stacker assembly but same issue continues. So currently I have all print jobs going to the basket until I can figure out what to do. Any help please .

Service manual states this is either a damage/mis-loaded spindle or the rewind motor.
Clearance should be 4cm from the inside of the roll cavity to the edge of the black spindle end
The right side should be at least 4.5 cm from the inner edge of the cavity to the edge of the blue end.
If you have 2 spindles try the other spindle.

I need to ask why when printing to the basket I can print all day no issues but only going to the stacker do I get this error.
If I'm using the same spindle and same rewind motor wouldn't I get a failure that way also.
Thanks
