Hello All,
I have an issue with my plotter printer that is unable to print on my new Windows 10-64bit PC. It has the correct drivers loaded (via Windows Update), but will not print regardless of program I use. When I try a test print, it brings up an error: "Operation could not be completed (error 0x0000007f). The specified procedure could not be found." When I try doing a test print within the HP Print and Scan Doctor application, it prints a test print fine and says everything is working properly.
I restarted my computer and turned off my firewall with no change as well. It is connect via USB cable and I tried both 2.0 and 3.0 usb ports with no change. I have tried searching this error, but haven't found anything that works. If anyone has any suggestions to fix this I would be very grateful.
Thanks!
