Just purchased DesignJet T210. Trying to print a 24" x 48" imge from adobe photoshop. Printer is only printing a letter size portion of image. I have set preference to 24 x 48 and included size in all print dialog boxes to no avail. HELP!

gee, it is the most basic to use your printer :
when you press print.... click print setting ... use custom option to define your media size, which
24" wide & 48" high.... in portrait layout....
check & make sure your image lay within the box...
same option for all other sizes.....

Did you install the driver from the HP website or did the Mac automatically install a driver?
If so, you might want to try the driver from HP's website: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-designjet-t210-printer/33508827
They apparently only supply a raster driver. Not sure how that works with Photoshop.
Here's a discussion forum for Photoshop. Might pose the problem there as well. From doing some light scanning there, I see there are problems with Photoshop interfacing with several brands of printers.

The printer driver automatically installed. I do think that was an issue. After installing from the HP website as suggested, there were still issues. Eventually I was able to choose 24x48 as the (Destination Paper Size)
which finally worked!
