On the back of the Monitor/CPU it says Model: CTX6

 

On the scanner bed it says Product No: CM770A

Looks like you hve a Rev A scanner and that software is for the Rev A and B

 

The SW is 24.1 the the name of the file once you have created the bootable image and make sure they match

Must have had a bad download the first time I tried it.  Software version 24.1 has fixed my issues and network connectivity has been restored.
