Good afternoon, I have a problem with a Designjet 5500ps printer that required the replacement of the hard drive, problem is that I can not find the software to perform the installation / update of the firmware. Thanks in advance

You have to purchase a drive directly from HP that has the firmware pre-installed. There is not a self install option for this and  thus you cannot just install any hard drive.
