Product: HP DesignJet Z9+ Pro 64-in Printer

Hello,

Im having a problem to properly connecting printer to Mac Studio. All latest drivers was downloaded from your site. 'Printers' menu sees printer, connecting it to computer, but when im printing its says 'ERROR 0090-0012-0083'. Im already reconnect and reinstall hardware and software, but still have issues.

Need help!

This error code is generated when an incompatible print job is sent to the printer.  Diagostic step is to upgrade the firmware to the latest revision. You may need to do the emergency update which means you copy the FMW file onto a blank USB (formatted in FAT32), turn off the printer, insert the USB stick in the usb port next to the control panel and then turn on the printer and follow the instructions.
