Product: HP Designjet Z5400

I am trying to start up my HP Z5400 Printer and am getting an error code 08:11 and machine won't proceed past 1%. I dont know what to do? Help Please!

If its booting to 1% I think  its very likely the hard drive has gone.

 

They are available fomr the ususal sources

 

Its a good idea to replace the C2032 cell in the formatter board at same time. This will stop the FSCK slowing down the boot process, but not on its own cure the boot problem
