Has anyone found a place that sells the older dates for printhead designjet 510? Everyone is mentioning ebay or amazon, but how do I know if I am getting the older date printheads as suggested by HP? ALso, the link for the firmware HP updated is not working correctly either. I tried as many of you have by using differrent laptops and USB chords because it says it won't connect without one. We even paid a guy to come out and try to fix it and it was a waste of money after I seen these articles of faulty printheads. Does anyone have the correct firmware needed to reconize these printheads or can I call someone?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
