I need help printing with HP Instant Printing 3, With my Design Jet 800. I think I have installed the correct drivers. It seems to only print occasionally. I'm very new to this and I do not know a whole lot about this. I just want it to work and be able to do work off of it correctly.

While HP claims that it works with most of their printers, I note that on their website they do not show printers as old as the 800 in the list. It could be a compatibility issue with older plotters that is causing you problems.

Thank you for responding. Its even more confusing because, before I started this job. It has been used before, with no issue. Printing off of Microsoft Publisher. But it doesn't want to work well now.

I have the same issue, When I try to print from HP instant printing 3, or any Microsoft app nothing. But when I print from vinyl master it works.

I'm not a fan of instant print.

Install the windows 8 64 bit driver

You can do this by going to the hp driver page and changing operating system

This will give you the traditional driver I think.
