About 2 weeks ago our printer stopped working, it was showing the error I/O card not present. We've tried powering off and on, changing the slot, we have replaced the 615n with another one and also changed it for a 620n, all cards give the same error.

Any one have any ideas?

have you tried connecting using a USB cable?

If this does not work I would say you have issue with the main PCA Electronics.

We've tried the USB connection which is working, it is just the network connection that is not recognised. As mentioned, we've replaced it with a like for like (615n) and also a 620n, but all returned the same error.

I would clean the contacts where the jet direct card plugs in.
