Product: HP Designjet Z2100 Photo Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave
I had a technician in to help replace a carriage belt that was falling apart. Once finished, we noticed that the Front Panel Display would not light up when we restarted the printer. We doubel/triple checked the connections, but in the end the printer panel won't even light up. The power button is lit up, the panel is not. Can anyone suggest a solve here?

mostly it's the front panel cable - not connected right or damaged.
