Power off the designjet

remove all cartridges

power the designjet back on,  later in the power up routine will ask you yo reinstall the cartridges.

Hi Hawler

we had Z6100 with similar problem - brand new cartridge recognized as faulty - problem was in the cartridge itself and replaced with another one. The seller explained with faulty batch. So try another if possible.

But first check for leaking inside around needles before inserting cartridge.

Hope I helped
