hp designjet z5200 postscript

HP Designjet z5200 postscript printer will not print yellow. I tried to clean and unclog the Printhead through the printer and manually. I did a print diagnostic image, which printed every color except yellow. All of the ink cartridges levels are full and no errors.  It only prints cyan, magenta, grays and black. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried another print head? One way to check to see if the head is flowing is to dampen a paper towel and gently rest the printhead on it to see if ink will flow. I have been able to revive printheads in the past with this method.

Thanks for the info, I've tried the dampen paper towel which didn't work.  I'll try another print head next
