на официальном сайте в архиве лежит почемуто старая версия A. 04.02. Достучаться до службы поддержки немогу. может у кого есть рабочая версия 05.01 . буду признателен. shariot88@list.ru

Спасибо за ссылку но там в архиве версия A. 05.01 только на HP DJ 500. А на все остальные версия 04.02.

а мне как раз нужна версия на HP DJ510

Designjet 500 and Designjet 510 use the same firmware, there is no difference.

Чтото не могу залить ее . пишет что нужно сначала понизить версию до 02.06. чтото я вобще запутался.

да , еще при выборе загрузки прошивки  на ПК пишет что копируются файлы  на экране  плотера  должно быть отображено сообщение о загрузке системы . но ничего не происходит

Извиняюсь  за неопытность . Да у меня ХР , версия 04.02 уже установлена на плотере , но почемуто он  говорит что хочет сначало версию 02.06. я вот думаю может загруску блокирует какая нибудь программа в пк. ладно попробую установить  с ноутбука с Windows 10
