Product: Designjet Z6810
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

printing preferences.pngZ6810.jpgi print posters out that are 25x39 or 25.5x39.5 and the advanced printing preferences show up for a second and disappear and open  normal only layout and Paper/quality. the settings are set to letter size and i can't make any changes to make custom or figure out how to keep the pop-up of the advanced printing preferences from crashing.

Just ran into this with a customer, the V4 drivers would not allow the advanced properties to open at all. Check if your plotter is compatible with the Universal designjet  print driver and install that and use the PS3 driver.
