Hello. We have an L26500 that is not initializing. The CPU fan and Power supply fan turn on, but nothing else.

Screen goes from the HP loading screen, to the "initializing please wait" screen with the hourglass and hangs there. After a half hour we get a 79:04 error.

Using the service manual and going to Diagnostics Mode to run tests, everytime we run anything that has to access a mechanical component from the printer (heaters, fans, media sensors) the printer hangs on the process and then 79:04. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Reinstall firmware with flash drive (turn printer off, insert flash drive and turn it on). Follow instructions.. replace SSD if problem stays...

Firmware was installed several times, and Hard Drive swapped with different ones - nothing.

Then try this - remove printheads, maintenance cartridge, ink cartridges, net cable, media and see if it checks them during loadind process..
