Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello everyone.

I have a HP Latex 115 and I have an issue with one of my Cyan/Black printhead. The Cyan just stops shooting. I do a cleaning (or two) and then the test comes out perfectly. I then send a job and that head just doesn't shoot anything .... literally a minute after the successful test. If there anything I can do? I would hate to call for a technician and have him fix this issue in two minutes. Thank you very much for everyone's time.

EDIT: I replaced the Cyan/Black printhead (head #3) and just like magic, now the other Cyan/Black head (head #4) now does the exact same thing. The one that was replace works well now. Anyone know what could be the issue? I doubt it's a printhead problem.

Have you cleaned the contacts on printhead carriage and printhead with ethyl alcohol? Try swapping the 2 printheads after cleaning...
