HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 will not print full size 11x17 prints

HP OfficeJet Pro 7740
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 will not print the full page on 11x17 prints.  I'm using Bluebeam Revu to print.  I selected  'Tabloid-small margin' as my paper size and 'Fit to Margins' for my Page Scaling.  It doesn't seem to matter if I check Center or have X and Y = 0.  The print stops 1-5/8" from the right side.  Edge to Edge printing is not a selection option.  I bought this printer specifically to print on 11x17 and this is very frustrating.

Which drivers do you have installed? You can refer to this older thread for some suggestions: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-7740-borderless-printing...
