Product: HP DesignJet Z6810

After recently upgrading software on my Windows 10 machine, I am seeing an issue where the HP Print Preview software displays erroneous previews. The previews will be missing letters and elements of charts. These images print fine on our HP DesignjJet Z6810 and other non-hp devices, but we use previews to show people what their images will look like and to avoid printing posters that may have spelling errors in them.

 

We've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but HP Preview fails. This occurs if we install the HP Preview as a standalone or part of the recent software.
