HP Recommended

When I first installed BuildManager, it worked as expected.  Once I configure an IP address for the printer, the application crashed and will not start.  It keeps failing on libeay32.dll.  This is a common problem (see here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/HP-3D-Buildmanager-software-crashes-due... and here: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/HP-smartstream-3d-build-manager-crashin...)

Is the problem a faulty or really old SSL library?  My printer is useless unless I can make this work.  Apparently a solution exists, can it be shared with all users instead of one person in a private message?
