Product: HP Jet Fusion 3D 4200 Printer

The PC I was using for sending prints has died.  When setting up a new PC I have found that the buildmanager software crashes when opening due to LIBEAY32.dll  - I have found that some newer intel processors have issues with this dll file.  It is part of OpenSSL and is no longer used.

Someone had the same issue and instead of providing a helpful response on this support forum @Sneha_01 replied that they would send a private message with instructions.  Other people are having this issue as well with no response from HP on the forums.  Why?
