Dear forum, I have simply forgotten my user name and the corresponding password. Now I can no longer change any system settings. How can I reset both?

Search online for a service manual as the instructions are in there.

Thanks for the tip. I have already found the service manual. But I don't know in which section I can find the solution.

Is it in Reset Network parameters or in EEROM Reset Utility or in Front Panel Lock Reset? Front Panel lock reset was my hope. I could go to the mentioned Diagnostics menu, but I could not find the option “Front Panel lock reset” as descriped in the service manual. On my plotter (firmware MRY_07_07_05.1) I only have the entry Diagnostic Tests in the Diagnostic menu. But there is no Front Panel lock reset there.
