I'm not able to print a saved pdf, getting an unexpected configuration problem.

I cannot print a pdf.  It's showing the printer experienced an unexpected configuration problem, code 0x80004005. 

A test print printed fine and so did an excel document. 

I recently swithed internet providers, I am using the new wi-fi connection.
