Product: Designjet Z5600 wide format printer

Need part list for my model printer, one of the castors (wheel) has broken but the HP website is of little use to locate spare parts. Alternatively I will see if I can purchase a non-HP branded part, or possibly swap with an old chair or even hardware store.

 

Advise requested if HP has a parts list for replacements.

Excellent!

 

Other than the repair part book that you have photographed, is this available online as a PDF or similar? Also do you happen to know if HP happens to have a website to purchase spare parts, or are they only available via 3rd party vendors? If so to either of these questions may I have the URLs?

The spare parts lists are part of the repair manual. You can check feedroller.com, they sell service manuals for reasonable price, not sure if they have designjet however.

 

I just checked the HP parts store, they list all the parts for the Z5600
