Product: Latex 365

Have a client who is having issues with Imageperfect Poster Paper (code 2405) on their Latex 365.  The paper loads OK but when you try to print it intermittently stops moving but the carriage continues to print, sometimes at the start of the print or at other times at different positions throughout the print.  They have tried different profiles but it still has issues.  All of the other media they use works fine.
