HP Latex 360
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Hi

The problem is that smb has set username and password inside the HP Latex 360. And 4 digits PIN code is also set. And nobody remebers it.

Even if I want to reset the printer to the factory settings it also ask me to enter PIN code.

Is it possible to reset this password and PIN?

Sorry for my English

Hi IlyaV,

The only possible way might be to do an EEROM reset from the diagnostics menu on the front panel of the printer.

You enter the Diagnostics menu during printer initialization.

Keep in mind this process will likely zero out many usage values so you might want to print out the embedded web server usage reports on the printer if you can.

Good Luck,

RoyK

Thank you very much Mr Roy

1. What values this process will zero? You mean all network settings and media data which I have added? Or smth else?

2. Unfortunately I haven't yet got the service manual. Can you please describe to me how can I get into the Diagnostics menu during printer initialization.

Sory for my English
