Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have set up a new wireless printer and added the printer to my computer.  I've been able to print off the test sheets from the printer and I've added the new printer to the settings but it says it's unable to find the printer.  It's all wireless.  Is anyone able to advise as I've been trying various ways over the last hour or so.  I've turned on and off the router and the printer but still nothing changes.  Advice would be much appreciated. thank you
