When I send a print to the printer through the roll assembly , the paper keeps on feeding through the printer continuously  non-stop and does not print.

Can anyone help?

Thank you

Raphael

Can you print an internal page from the printer's control panel successfully? or does it feed paper the same way as when you send a job?

If the problem only occurs when sending a print job to the printer from your computer, these are the possibilities:

1) The wrong printer driver is being used

2) The print driver is corrupt

3) Data/signal corruption in the cable.

4) Bad formatter/NIC

Possible fixes:

1) Delete and reinstall the printer driver with the latest from HP.

2) Check/replace the data cable

3) Replace the NIC or formatter.

I reinstalled the drivers as recommended and so far the issue is resolved.

Thank you very much
