Our 54" HP 115 Cutter is not sharp and tears the vinyl sheet at the start, jams media - Looking for detailed info for replacement part(s) and step-by-step replacement process. Just the sheet cutter- nothing fancy. Looking for assistance if we can do this ourselves, or if we need to get a tech involved for a service call. Thx

If this is the cutter which it appears to be, replacement is likely pretty straight forward. typically mounted directly to the printhead carriage. YouTube will likely have videos on replacement.

You can also check the HP parts store for availability of OEM cutters as well.

According to the user guide this appears to be a user replaceable part, at least the knife module is.

Apologies, we do not have that type of cutting-system, that uses paths, etc- for stickers and what not. Our problem lies in the standard- sheet cutter, from the HP 115, the (cutter-carriage) ants up on the left side, partially cuts, jams or tears the vinyl. I am looking for info to replace or repair that standard cutter system- not an advanced one- B

That was the part I found as well, not quite 100% sure how to actually replace it, (older system- no videos I can find) but may just buy the part and see if we can give it a go ourselves and get it done - Thx!_

Cutter is used on many models and the change procedure is likely identical. Cutter is typically mounted on the left side of the printhead carriage. Open the front window and wait for the carriage to open to the change printhead location. Open the printhead cover and remove on screw from the cutter, then pull the cutter to the left and lift it out. You may have better lock finding a video searching for either a Z6200 or T7100
