Please assist me in identifying this software -
Long story short - I am installing the following printer for my end user -
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-designjet-t1600-printer-series/model/26285312?openCLC=true
I installed possibly every piece of software from the link supplied on my own laptop in the process of figuring the config out. I thought the driver install had resolved the issue for them, however they are still not seeing this dialogue box when selecting "properties" from the print dialogue. (pic attached)
which piece of software is responsible for access to these plotter printing settings? Thank you!

The screen you are showing is a standard printer properties screen. If it does not open, check this Microsoft document for a possible solution:

Good afternoon! thank you for the quick response
Unfortunately, that is not the standard printer properties window as supplied by windows. You can tell because of the HP logo in the top left hand corner. I have attached a new screenshot below showing the standard printer properties window. The window I am trying to replicate for the user only comes up for this specific printer installation and not for other printers installed on the same machine.
I could install each and every piece of software from the associated page, but that would be time consuming and would bloat my users machine. Thank you!

It is not standard windows properties or preferences because it is an HP driver. Also as a V4 driver, the properties are different than the older V3 drivers. See below for a screen show of the printer properties and preferences for my T2530 plotter
