Hi

The plotter is showing a blue screen with error code B837AFF8.  Does anyone know what this means?

It might be a defective Main Board, or it could also be the USB Drive on the Main Board, (Firmware).

The Main Board comes with the USB Drive installed and at one point the only way to get the drive was to order the Main Board.

The USB Drive is now orderable as a separate part: CQ890-67105 USB thumb drive service kit  T120/T520

Thanks for the information.  How would I know if its the main board or the USB Drive on the main board?

The only way to find out is to replace the USB Drive, it's cheaper than the Main PCB.
