Hi all,
why my HP Designjet T920 don't print correctly the magenta color?
The magenta Cartridge is new and have about 95%. Also with the last one there is this problem.
My print head is on recover status with error code id = 524288. What that mean?
I attach a photo of printhead cleaning.

we need also for the IQ Print,
● From the Embedded Web Server: Go to the Support tab, then select Print quality troubleshooting.
● From the front panel: Press settings, then, then Image quality maintenance. and retrieve the IQ print.

We can try with below action : (mark tubes as filled)
From the product Information Area, press the Main Menu tool icon on the bottom right corner of the screen.
Scroll down to the lowest menu option and press on the Service menu option.
Press on the Service utilities menu option. : code 3174
and Mark Printhead as Filled.
and purge tubes (the level of ink should be above ) :
Make sure there is enough ink to start up the printhead (40 cc for matte black (mK) and 30 cc for other inks;
for a tubes purge - 60 cc for each color). Ink levels can be checked in the service plot. If in doubt, use 130
ml cartridges.
