We have a T3500PS large format printer that we are having a few issues with. We are trying to generate prints from a number of applications on Windows 10 and print them via a shared printer on Windows Server 2008.
The largest cause for complaint is that the page size is defaulting to A0 even though at an application level the page is set to A1 or A2. This appears to be down to drivers, as the Page Size in Revit, AutoCAD, or Adobe Acrobat is being ignored, and users have to go to "Printer Preferences" and define the page size of each print. This is difficult, especially in the instance where a document may have different page sizes.
Is there a way to ensure that when the page size is defined by an application they print to the select size rather than having to change the driver setting each time?

I will suggest you making sure than the server is using the latest driver available, then after you can check under the printer's embedded web server has the option called Any under the preferences for paper type and size so anything that the users send regardless the program will print, if there is no Any setting the users need to specify the paper size they will print each job in the driver.
