Product: HP DesignJet T630 24-in Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
We Recently Purchased a T630 24” Printer to use With Inventor, AutoCAD and Excel. We print B-D Size Prints and Charts.
We had everything working how we wanted until a few weeks ago the “Print Preview” stopped working. It asked us to update the software using the HP Smart APP, So we did.
Now the print Preview is working again, However we cannot change the “Document size” or “orientation” in the printer preferences and all our prints are either way out of scale or not printing on the correct sheet size.

Hello HJ47, I wish the issue was this simple.. However this error is consistent on 5 different computers, as well as I have deleted the cache files and re downloaded the drivers and reinstalled the drivers with the same result. and the old driver isn't the solution as the features with it, HP seems to have locked them to force us to update.. I've found a work around that works for some programs, but not for others. however every time I print in excel it is a complete guess if it's going to work or not. I'm just shocked that HP forced an update that seems to have completely broke how we use our plotter.
